Description

As youngest member of the team, Liz van Dijk offers her input as IT researcher into the broader platform of virtualization. Her task is to research and follow up on the domains of Container-based OS virtualization, Application Virtualization and Desktop Virtualization, but next to that, she takes on an important part of the lab's services toward companies. She handles the different case studies, and is responsible for following them up and communicating with the many companies.

 

Liz got her bachelor degree in MCT in 2007, after a successful internship at the Sizing Servers Lab, and went on to work for SMB Aventiv as an Application Engineer. Only a few months later, however, she started her work as the Sizing Server Lab's second fulltime employee, as well as her journalistic work for Anandtech.com. At this point, Liz has published several deep dive articles about her research in the lab.
